Contract & Temp - Staff to complement holiday or sickness break.

Solution Design and Delivery - develop, implement and roll out your Email, Internet, and Database Solutions.

System install and Rollout - A system upgrade or rollout takes time effort, planning and sometimes usability training.

RJ45 and UTP Data Cabeling - Extensions, Additions and new install of RJ45 Data/Voice cabling at a competative price.

Repair and Maintenance

Pre-paid maintenance agreement so your equipment is supported with an agreed response and repair service level contract. Alternatively you may wish to take a "pay as you go" or ad-hoc on-site hardware service plan. For this we can support your laptop, PCs, Server and general peripherals and network infrastructure equipment.

Ad-hoc Repairs: Whilst there is no guaranteed response time with ad-hoc agreement we will try our best endeavours and an engineer will normally attend by the next day. Costs will be according to parts used, labour and travel time will be charged at our standard rates. Should an on-site repair not be possible, the equipment can be removed from site for workshop repair. Loan equipment can be provided, if on-site repair is not achieved, for the duration of the workshop repair.

Notebook and Laptop Repairs: In some instance on-site hardware repairs of notebooks and laptops may not be possible due to the miniaturization of the components, however our workshop repair are more equipped with dealing with these process together with our management of the repair process with the appropriate manufacturer. As a part of the repair process we always ask that you indicate if you wish us to retrieve and restore salvageable files or applications.
